Gold Star Father's
Retreat

Gold Star Fathers' Retreat
Our Mission:

This retreat is designed specifically for fathers of fallen service members. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for men to bond with others who have experienced the same loss. The retreats include unique activities such as fishing, hunting, shooting, and camping. These activities are designed to be both fun and therapeutic for participants. Operation 300's Gold Star Fathers' retreats provide a safe and supportive environment for dads to heal while honoring the lives of their sons and daughters.

In Partnership with:

If you are a father of a fallen soldier that was killed in action, training or other service related circumstances including PTS related suicide, we invite you to sign up for our Gold Star Fathers’ Retreat. We are grateful for your family’s service and sacrifice.

What to expect:

Retreats run Thursday evening through Sunday afternoon at our Camp Valor facility in Southeast Florida. Plan to spend quite a bit of time outdoors, but don’t worry, we also allow for plenty of rest and relaxation throughout the weekend.  All food, activities & entertainment will be covered by Operation 300.

Travel:

Operation 300 will provide and coordinate all travel and lodging. Participants may choose to drive or rent a vehicle for the weekend, but it is not necessary. Upon arrival, we ask that participants stay on property and attend each planned activity unless health or disability prohibits.
